Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all purchases made through parthycashandcarry.co.uk, operated by Parthy Global Limited (Company No. 17181054), 36 Tudor Road, Hayes, England, UB3 2QB.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order and provide a full refund. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

2. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order unless Net-30/60 credit terms have been agreed in writing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfer (BACS/SWIFT), PayPal Business, and Wise Business.

3. Delivery

UK delivery is typically 2–5 business days. International delivery is 7–14 days by sea freight or 2–5 days air freight. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery.

4. Wholesale / B2B Terms

Trade accounts are subject to credit checks. Minimum pallet order: 1 pallet (£550). Net-30/60 terms available for approved trade accounts with order history. Late payment subject to statutory interest.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
